there seem to have beren rumors that Wilhelm of Sweden, duke of Sudermannia, had a lovre affair with Dr Alma Söderhjelm.
Un-attested, seemingly.

I read that Alma Söderhjelm, when someone asked her about it, using the word 'lover' of the prince, replied enigmatically, to the effect:
you should not use incorrect terms, when about royals it's 'mistress', not 'lover'
