The Duke of Angoulême and an archduchess

I am currently reading Susan Nagel's book on Marie-Thérèse and suffering from a serious jet lag as I am currently joggling between 1800 and 2009. Around 1792, according to the book, there were rumours about the Duke of Angoulême going to marry an Austrian archduchess 'whose dowry was the Austrian Lowlands'. (Another Autrichienne - what were they thinking?) Does anyone who she was?
