That very link has a text which could have presented the essentials correctly, but it has eefinitely a wrong person in the picture. The pćortrait as now there, depicts Maria Pavlovna, one of daughters of Tsar Paul, and she was long deceased before the revolution.
Instead, the GD Maria Pavlovna 'the elder', in other words, Maria Pavlovna of Mecklenburg, looks somewhat different (since she was a different person):

this gal is the daughter of Tsar Paul, and died in 1859 - she lived as Grand Duchess of Weimar, in Thuringia, Germany:
