even if he adopts Marius, still the current legislation does not allow any royal titles to adopted children. All the titles you'd want to conjure, would depend on some new legislation to create them, and the likelihood of such legislation is infinitesimally small. Norwegian state does not need any adopted princes, they have all they need (and even more than they need) in form of the born members of the royal family. The Norwegian monarch does not create noble titles either.
