I just read "Pauline Bonaparte: Venus of Empire" by Flora Fraser.
She certainly led an interesting life --starting out pretty poor on Corsica and ending up in the gorgeous Palazzo Borghese. The book highlighted the very strong family ties among the Bonaparte siblings, which was nice. It was easy reading, but I don't think the subject was entirely worthy of a book all to herself. Madame la Princesse would probably disagree!
