Yes, already a couple of days, my doubts about that additional title,
have not been that it were complete invention from part of some royalty watchers;
but rather, doubts that the Belgian monarchy (which admittedly is a 'people's monarchy') tends to have pompous, practically useless, titulary practices visible at some rare occasions.
Of course, in most important documents, the king is titled just as 'roi des Belges', which is much more elegant.
