Yes upon their accession they no longer were princess of the Netherlands.
They were however still princesses but of Orange-Nassau and Juliana and Beatrix were/are also princess of Lippe-Biesterfeld.
Dutch official acts state:
We by the grace of God Beatrix, Queen of the Netherlands, princess of Orange-Nassau etc etc etc
Those three etc's stand for the other titles. In Beatrix' case princess of Lippe-Biesterfeld and a list of other titles like Duchess of Limburg, countess of Buren and 30 odd others. The accuracy of those titles is however difficult as noble titles do not inherit in the female line in the Netherlands. As secondairy titles of the monarch they can however be seen as non-noble titles.
