Thank you Erik, for sharing that -somewhat implausible- piece of information.
You say the document you have, comes from The Court.
Of course, it's possible that said document has some pompous amateurish text - we know from earlier experiences that there exist even court officials who are not fully cognizant of the official titulary and protocol. And/or who may make mistakes.
For assessing the postulated document, it would be helpful to know
1) who has signed it
2) who has drafted it
3) is it in work of constitutional role of the monarch, or of somewhat more unofficial context ?
in other words, what is the document about ?
I find it curious that, for example, the cv of queen Fabiola -as presented by the website of the monarchy- does not speak anything about the alleged princesshood of Fabiola:
http://www.monarchie.be/en/family/fabiola/cv.htm
Also, having read some of the official acts of the king of B, namely some legislation and such which is published by the state of Belgium and signed by the king and has, as its 'preamble', the titulary of the king who signed it,
I find really curious (in light of your postulation that his official titulary includes also that princehood) that in those Acts, there appears never to be that 'prince of Belgium' (or 'prince de Belgique') among the official titles of the king, who in those acts always is King of the Belgians, but not prince of Belgium.
This amount of primary evidence of the official titulary -imo- somehow undermines the credibility of the document you have referred to.
I do not question that the document might well exist. I only point out that mistakes also are made.
