And I disagree.
The word 'Lord' certainly is not reserved for sole purposes of your designation.
It looks like you are desiring to deny the validity of translations made by a lot of historians before me - such as the Avalon project, several cases, such as:

If your designation should be obeyed, then I guess the late majesties Ferdinand and isabel need to find another title for their holdership of Biscay and Molina, if they cannot be 'Lord and Lady of Biscay and Molina'...
And so on and so forth.
