Hello all,
There's been quite a lot of discussion on other MBs on succession laws lately (and I apologize if my question has been answered in any of the threads already), which prompts me to ask something that I've been wondering about for quite some time:
Before the succession laws were changed in Sweden, Norway, etc, were the monarchs and the royal families ever formally consulted about the changes? After all, I think it's common practice to consult all parties concerned whenever new legislation of any kind is introduced, isn't it?
