Okay, I couldn't find my issue so had my local comic book store save me another copy. I finally managed to read this last night.
Overall, the art was top notch.
As for the story, it's definitely classic Millar. You either love it or hate it. I like this reimagining of the Red Skull and it suits the Ultimate Universe perfectly. Fury was awesome, as he usually is when written by Millar.
This issue is definitely not going to "wow" anyone. All it did was move the story along. As a standalone issue, it's probably a 6.5. But we're going to have to wait and see how the entire arc turns out before judging it as a whole.
I remember when first reading Ultimates 1 #1, I thought it was alright, nothing special. But the entire series was one of the best stories ever written!
