A few questions about Ultimatum #4

Here are a few questions about this issue of Ultimatum.

(1) How is Sabretooth alive? Wasn't he decapitated by Wolverine in Ultimate X-Men several years ago?

(2) How is Magneto able to carry Thor's hammer?

(3) Wasn't Valkyrie killed by Magneto's sword swing? Or was it artist error for including her on the last splash page? (Maybe she wasn't killed?)

(4) Magneto doesn't have super strength. He is just an average joe with control over magnetism. How could he have taken a strong blow to the head from Cap's shield and have his arm cut off, yet have the energy to escape before taking them all on?

(5) Didn't Magneto sense the good guys coming from afar? They flew in by ship, so it's kind of strange that he didn't 'sense' the metal ship approaching.

Answers to any or all of these questions would be appreciated.
