fourth issue is supposed to come out in June and the last one in August. As far as I know no reason has been given for the delay. Speculation has ranged from Madiera's art to Loeb rewritting the ending due to poor reviews. (personall, I lean toward the first reason thought this wouldn't be the first time a writer has had to rewrite a mini-series.) Of course we all remember how reliable Marvel has been about that in the past don't we.
