Not to bash Immonen or anyone who likes his art, but I really do miss Bagley. After 110 issues of his work it's extremely hard to get used to such a different style. I always liked Bagley's character designs and facial expressions, it's actually what drew me to the series in the first place and (in my opinion, others may think differently) Immonen's characters just look ugly. I have no problem with his version of spidey in costume (other than the fact that he looks too old, too much like the original, but every character just looks way different than what they used to look like and I think the expressions are bad. Take Aunt May for example, the way Bendis writes her is exactly how Bagely used to draw her. She was the hip, cool old person. But now, Immonen seems to be trying to draw her like an actual old person, it just doesn't match anymore. And this may just be a weird pet peeve of mine, but what is up with peoples' chins? Every person either looks like they've been punched in the jaw one too many times or they have a goatee tattooed on. This is especially noticeable when the characters are angry or annoyed.
