Bagley vs. Immonen

First off, I think Stuart Immonen is doing a GREAT job in Ultimate Spider-Man!
BAGLEY'S STRENGTHS
- Proportionally correct physiques. His Spidey does look like a teenager, which, believe it or not, is hard to achieve.
- Facial expressions of Peter, Mary, and the rest of the cast is full of emotions and expressions. Excellent stuff!
- Consistently on schedule. Nobody in the industry is quicker, churning 15+ issues a year. Impressive!
BAGLEY'S WEAKNESSES
- Character designs/redesigns are rather weak. Eg. Ultimate Punisher and Ultimate Black Cat had very weak costume designs.
- His rendition of Ultimate Iron Man can't be compared to Hitch's version.
IMMONEN'S STRENGTHS
- Was AWESOME in "Superman: Secret Identity".
- Good, consistent artist. With the right inker and right colorist, Immonen's work rocks!
IMMONEN'S WEAKNESSES
- With the wrong inker and wrong colorist, Immonen's work is weak. Just take a look at his run on Ultimate X-Men to see for yourself.
- Sometimes his artwork is too 'manga' for me.

Overall, I am thankful that Bagley stayed on the title as long as he did. I am also happy with Immonen's work thus far.
I'm still a collector of this series!
The story and artwork are consistently good, so I can't complain!
