Is anybody else worried that...

Ultimates 2 #13 is going to end up with a deus ex machine in the form of Odin? The more I think about it the more it seems to be headed. Loki so far has demonstrated the ability to do whatever he wants. If Loki is the cause for Thor's powers being tied to his belt than even Thor isn't immune to his reality manipulation. If Thor's powers are truly tied to his belt and hammer and he has no innate powers then all Loki has to do is will the belt away. Even if Thor's powers are innate and Odin just tied them to his belt for some reason that still leaves Loki with way more powerful. If Loki has been defeated before, but can alter reality on a whim I would think a being with the type of intelligence Loki has portrayed would be able to defeat Thor by now. Loki's powers also seem to work on a whim since he warps in Asgardian monsters to fight the heroes. Thor claimed to have defeated Loki in the past. So, unless Loki was never this powerful before the only way I really see Thor himself capable of beating him over and over again was for Odin himself to force limits on what Loki was allowed to do. If the threat of Odin is all that limits Loki any victory the Ultimates get would ultimatly come from Odin because Loki overstepped whatever bounds Odin placed on him. Of course, this also means Odin probable has similar powers to Loki, just on a higher level.
