Because some of the parts that you don't think are explained were left for interpretation and others needed some thought.

Misty Knight,

The Surfer Cult hadn't been kicking around for long, but when you have a man made of Silver With Wings on his back, you dont need to be around long. Humans are impressionable. Looks close enough like an Angel, must be one. And prepare the Earth for the Coming of Galactus, maybe after being attacked by all the races it had been, thanks to Vision, it wanted a nice easy meal.

: (3) Reed created an "ultimate"
: weapon that is so dispicable that he doesn't
: want to even think about it. Fury of course
: uses this weapon to try to kill Galactus.
: Turns out to be a regular laser beam.
Turns out it wasn't a regular laser beam. The "laser beam" was energy released when Reed Collapsed and entire baby universe, therefore erasing all possibilities of life or anything else in that universe. HENCE it being Dispicable.
: (4) At the last issue, all of a sudden,
: there were hundreds of bald lady's attacking
: the Triskelion. Why? I have no idea.
Clones. That was the idea, they were all Clones of the Same woman.
: (5) I forgot how they defeated Galactus, but
: it was something cheesy, and to be honest, I
: really didn't care at that point.
The "Poisoned" Gah Lak Tus and scared the crap out of it by decimating it with the energy blast, and then coming into contact with it's mind, thus tainting it.
: (6) Vision didn't play a role. Or did she?
: Honestly, I can't even remember.

I didn't like Ultimate Extinction Either, but there was some solid art an the story was alright in places. It just tried too hard to be clever and fell on it's face firmly.
