Nah it's not that bad, at least I didn't think so. You'll just be a bit sore for a few days but there's lots of good stuff to help that (which you may as well enjoy while it's legal!) And some time off work's a bonus, I imagine you'll need several weeks.
I found the biggest problem related to stuff I don't want to talk about here...feel free to email me if you want to know more, it might be far too much information for most people here. But it wasn't that big a deal.
But overall words of wisdom...just take it easy for a while, get yourself some good books and look after yourself.
