Thanks for posting. I am glad it is not just me who thinks the price is unacceptable though I have been somewhat castigated for expressing that view on the official website. Fortunately I am thick skinned enough to ignore that...there is an element of the emperor's new clothes going on here.
I have bought virtually everything Don has released apart from Rearview Mirror which I considered a thinly concealed greatest hits rehash (of which there are many). I see the current exchage rate is about $1.90 Australian to the £ so the cost to you has been about £26 or just over 40 dollars American.
I think the problem is that you are paying for an 'import' record based on an already too high UK price.
I have vowed to buy when the price is £15 or lower, which I consider reasonable if still on the high side. It's not really about the £5 per se, more a point of principle at this stage.
