Thanks for your comments and birthday wishes, you're not late with them as my birthday is today, Saturday 18th July (share it with Nelson Mandela tho I'm not as old as him) 
Sincerely hope that Jack is ok, please give him my very best wishes. I have chatted online with him several times, including for three hours recently and he has so many fascinating stories as well as a wacky sense of humour. I am sure it must have been a very worrying time for you so I am pleased that he seems to be on the mend.
Thanks to Jo and Soshi too, and happy birthday Marty, hope you like yer banner. I think he's going out drinking with Homeless Brother, his buddy from the world of YouTube.
