The thing about Solo is that it’s an evergreen.
Having only seen Don once live by the time the album came out, I found Don’s communication with his audience just as interesting as the songs. Back then, the thing I loved most about this album was that I could put the record on, turn off the lights, close my eyes and Don would be there in the room singing and talking to me.
Yes, without doubt my favourite all time album.
