You can set up alerts on Google to send you an email on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly etc.) of any topic in which you have an interest e.g. Don McLean.
It's kind of the lazy mans way to appear a know-all without popping into Google and actually doing the searches. I have never used it but I have just set one up for Don McLean to see what it comes up with and add to my daily email tally.
Whatever did we do before we had emails to wade through??
