I reckon it's the full recommended retail price, say £17 - CD online websites oft quote RRP on CDs alongside the reduced price to show how much yer saving - plus £3 for posting and packing.
When it becomes available from the usual suspects (outlets) I think you'll find it impossible to find anyone selling it at such a price.
But if yer a dedicated fan who must have it first, then as Hannah hath sayeth t'other day, 'The more you pay, the more it's worth".
