Yes, very interesting, Annie. I like the wordplay in the book's title.
Marty, I think it's good that Don's name is not mentioned in the interview. Patrisha needs to be considered as herself here, not as Don's wife. After all, she is the one who has written a book, and taken all the photographs in it.
When I clicked on the title, my browser couldn't open the webpage. I wanted to know how much the book costs... perhaps a lot if it's a coffee table one in hardcover.
