Bill, so sorry to hear about your Dad. I know from experience that whatever our age, the loss of a beloved parent hits us hard, and the grief is felt a long time afterwards.
My mum died 20 years ago today (2nd April) and there have been times when I felt like picking up the phone and telling her something, only to remember that she's not within reach.
I remember your telling me about your Dad's health in October 2007. I know your presence will be a comfort to your mum and sisters.
