Just back from Belgium and catching up on the postings re Turnhout.
Don said he was going to sing a song written in the 1930's by Victor Young and that he absolutely loved the song. He teased us by not telling the title
of the song but it started with "Don't save your kisses" and the verses ended with "A hundred years from today", so it was a safe bet that either of these was the title.
Anyway it was a very nice song and Don sang it beautifully. This morning I have had a quick look on YouTube and found the Frank Sinatra version. I can say that Don's rendition was miles ahead of Frank Sinatra's.
