Cor blimey. Thanx Marty and Billster. Well I dunno about pure bliss Marty. But if you were to release a jar of wasps in your computer room while you were watching it you could make it even more realistic.
Billster seemed to have a better vantage point than SJ and me and didn't have the ASBO candidate being annoying right in front of him. The people near Bill were rather annoying chatting of things that are gone while Donny was giving it his all on Crossroads but at least they shut up during Mountains of Mourne.
I had mixed feelings about this concert because it was rather pricey to troll all the way to a muddy field in Ireland for an hour of Donny's most commercial numbers, when I prefer his offbeat stuff, but it's lovely to see it again. In fact watching it back with a glass of sparkling Chardonnay in hand puts a whole new complexion on it. I don't have the company of Billster and SJ of course, which definitely made the event.
Anyway many thanks again Marty and Billster. What with Brian's vid we certainly are being spoilt lately.
