Nice clip Marty & the first time I have seen that song live I'm sure.
Somehow I don't think that song will be on the live set anymore due to copyright and all that legal stuff that goes with it. You can't have it both ways.
In the old days it was a simple case of one man, a guitar and banjo and a simple record deal with a manager to take care of the nasty stuff. Donny was just doing what he did best and he did it well, very well.
Let's face it, the total clearout of management in the 80's did nothing to inspire his writing talent, unless he is sitting on a pile of secret top quality recordings?
As for nostalgia, surely nostalgia is the reason why we still follow this man as a symbol of the magnifcent performer he once was.
