Never said it was against my beliefs... :-) I maintain that I find their protestations laughable and I see CLEARLY the agenda... I am no fool :-) I spendt WAY too much of my early "born-again" time in that arena... I know of what I speak, I know there is NO seperation of Church and State in THOSE churches... I know factually of pamphleting and endoctrination of political points of view that permeate the Religious Right... I am strongly leaning to the belief that if they want to cross that line, they should be TAXED as well. :-) But no..... The RR are a "Religious" people and their churches should remain tax free... HYPOCRITS!
We must have only HOLY cartoon images portrayed! Only HOLY merchandise sold. Only HOLY clothing worn. Etc. Oh, and least I forget... we must RID the land of any other religion! THEY ARE ALL EVIL... even the ones calling themselves "Christian" but do NOT adhere to our standards of Dogma!
And we must force our beliefs upon people who have no desire to embrace them (i.e., Gay people MUST remain in-equal in the American society (and abroad)! Women should NOT have the right to control their own bodies, especially if they become pregnant... no MATTER how it happened or any other extenuating circumstance... People dying of incurable diseases or suffering from ailments related to their conditions should NOT be allowed ANY forms of relief!
Given enough time it'll be the HOLY RELIGIOUS RIGHT that gets to dictate the rules! Then the world will be perfect, just like the RR intend it to be. :-) Everyone will hold to the same system or suffer the consequences!
Hmmmmm. Infact, while we're at it, we should probably look into our current legal system and see how many MORE laws we can roll back... Those good old days when people were segregated and institutionalized and shock therapy cured a multitude of ills... Science is evil, medicine is evil, freedom of thought is the worst evil... LOL!
If we vote another person freely controlled by the Religious Right into the White House, then I guess this country deserves EVERYTHING it gets!
Sadly Disney, and anyone else whom the RR deems evil, will be crippled in the process... LOL!
I'd rather live in a society that allows gays to "legally unite", Disney to produce a cartoon called "W.I.T.C.H." and the ill to be allowed to "smoke a reefer", than embrace a so-called MORAL system that would dictate everything about my life right down to what I can wear, watch or buy!
