Cumin just a finger pinch, to give some smell. The hard-boiled egg is very traditional in empanadas. As for the champignons, it's from my own repertoire.
Believe me, they tasted as good as it looked (tried some today). Even Sofía ate them and love them, and she is a hard customer....
I would have loved to have some wild boar fat to frie them. Ran out of it, unfortunately.
