jumping act in the dark going to the catch, and turning your ankle, and how you all were working on Tia, everyone was looking for Morocho and I was standing at the side watching trying to stay out of the way, and I felt something moist touch my hand and there was Morocho standing there bleeding, tail wagging with his muzzle in my hand, I told everyone that "he is here" and how he wasn't ready to lay down but standing there bleeding and how we finally got him to lie down, it was cold and I took my jacket off to lay over him to keep him from going into shock and, then I turned back and looked to see how far away from the house they were looking for him by the flashlights on the hills, and I was amazed that he came so far and yet, he just acted like he was not aware he was hurt so bad. When I think of the terrain there I still am in awe. But the next day he was up and letting everyone know he was ready to have some attention by those around him. He is truly the essence of what a Dogo is. I would taken both Morocho and Tia home if I could have gotten away with it. Thanks for posting the pictures of him. Like you said big head and heart and courage to match. When I heard of the story, I could just see it all taking place and how Morocho fought the puma. Any fight he is in, my money is on Morocho He is just one of my many treasured memories of that splendid, special trip
