He said he would fight anyone who can provide a big purse. When asked about Pacquiao, he said he would fight him if the conditions were to his liking. The preoblem is Pacquiao says he will go no further than 149.6 lbs, and Martínez is a rock-hard, all muscle-no fat 158,4 fighter. I can't see him (nor do I see why he sould) shedding 9 pounds to fight Manny. In fact, Martínez's manager said, in an aftermatch conference with the Argentine TV channel, "forget about Pacquiao. It's not going to happen".
Martínez is fighting some undisclosed rival on July 9th and they are scheduling a fight with Pretty Floyd Mayweather for November, though.
