Photos of a 2 week vacation in the Andes mountains. BTW, it's not SO good as it seems...![]()
...the lake is a crystal-clear, unpolluted glacier lake and water is pretty cold...around 55 Farenheit, depending on the depth and location....
. As a typical glacier lake; it is very deep: The lake is 22 miles long x 3.5 miles wide and the average depth is 330 feet, with a maximum of 1.112 feet. If you drown in this lake, you never float again; temperatures in the depth are much lower and bodies don't decompose. But we had a great time, anyway...![]()
