Damn If I don't know what a Pit Bull is...grew upwith a few and My first HogDog was a Corvino(that's a bloodline-JUST in case YOU might be thinking of something else)b###h(Pit Bull)..way back in the 80's(damn I feel old,now)I am quite aware of just what a Pit bull is,love that breed like none other(save THIS one).My Friends from Georgia-ALL use Pit Bulls(though they call 'em "Bulldogs")But as far as THIS conversation goes-
With all of the B.S. being said about "Am Bulls"/"Bullies" and all of those MASTIFF headed 150 pound Bulldogs being bred out there-I just thought that THAT was what Marcelo had seen-i.e what he was referring to.
If memmory serves me- I think that Hammer/Howard had a good..Bulldog.I know of some GREAT examples of American Bulldogs-Both in Sportwork and in Hog hunting.
As far as THIS conversation goes- I have heard some ignorant shytt said about them -once by some of them "experts" on your board-and I thought that this was just more of that B.S...
I have no illusions about,just, what a Pit Bull is-I was blessed to have a few.My Corvino b###h "Cori".(I think that this was taken in 1981 or 1982) 
And a here's a great example Of an Am Bull-Gary Fuller and his Dog Petey(if memory serves me)
