Randy & I took a couple of guys that work at the Casino where I work on a day hunt, this was their first hunt ever, they had seen the pictures of our time in Argentina and of our time there and hunting and they quickly became very interested, but we have not been hunting in the past couple of years due to our having our granddaughters living with us, but we were both off work and we thought today would be a good day to go on a day hunt. We went out with Rosa, Sapo, Larry, and rookie dogs Boots, and Xera along with the human rookies Casey and Jake. We drove around with Larry on the hood and came up empty, and a friend of ours Billy Ray took us to a place he hunts and we let the dogs out and away we went with Larry and Rebel one of Billy Ray's and soon a bay was going on, we could see the boar through the trees in some water and we released the Rosa and Sapo and the catch ensued. The boar was around 200# or so, I frankly thought he was smaller but upon closer look I agreed with Randy's weight guess. Here are some pictures we had lots of fun and we now have two new hunting partners who are hooked. We were very pleased with today's hunt and the dogs, Rosa got pinned to the bank and got some pretty good cuts, she is resting and we put some antibiotics in her. Sapo and Rosa
