Saw this on (German)local tv yesterday evening. Funny story: A wild boar piglet (named "Schnitzelchen" 
) was found and adopted by a hunter in summer this year. Now it weighs already 55 lbs (25 kg), is neutered and gets along fine with the hunting dogs and its new "family". 
The hunter intends to keep the boar at his home, provided it won´t get aggressive when it matures.
