i'll dig those up. for now let me give an account of the events as i recall them.
Taylor & I were walking down an ATV trail w/ all the boys on leashes as we'd just pulled them off a hog that we didn't want to kill. then we hear the sounds of a running fight, crashing, grunting, dog roaring and SQUEALING. the boys (jack, sonic & brigus) take off dragging me & Taylor faster than our feet can carry us. since i had 2 dogs pulling me we got well ahead of Taylor. we topped a small rise and i stopped the boys by planting my self against a tree. looking down through the woods, i see a rolling spinning battle between Mikey and the hog moving down through the drainage, followed closely by Dean. they roll over a couple of trees laying in a V shape. they come up with hogs butt tight into the point and the trees are protecting his sides. this forces him & mikey nose to nose and mikey locks down on the hogs right ear. he's locked good but he's in a bad position. the hog charges and plows mikey under. now the hog is standing on Mikey hitting for all he's worth but mikey is still hanging like a tick on the ear. Dean is roaring words not suitable for a family board as he whacks the hog with a log about 4" thick by 8' long. it breaks the log but doesn't phase the hog at all. at this point the hog & mikey are facing into the V w/ the hog still standing on mikey. the whole time this is going on i'm struggling to get the boys under control so i can turn jack loose. the whole fight i've been watching has lasted about 10 seconds. then Aaron shows up. he circle to the hogs left side because of the logs i think. at this exact moment i finally get jack steady enough to let him loose. as he's closing the distance Aaron stabs the hog 2X as his boxing background takes hold. as he draws back to stab again, jack shoots past him to lock down on the back of the hogs leg. Aaron leaps straight up & over the whole crazy show. as his feet hit the ground on the hogs right, he throws what appear to be 4 more hard jabs behind the hog's shoulder (we later find out i undercounted by one, good handspeed Aaron). with the mortal wounds and another dog hanging on, the hog can no longer hold his position and mikey pulls himself back to his feet and pins the hogs head to the ground. by this time(about 15-20 seconds total) i am down on the scene. i leash up jack and pull him off the now dead hog. Aaron generously allows mikey to wool the hog. that resulted in the following pic.
