Just came back from 5 days at la Cocha, having fun, working dogs, and....well, making some awesome food...
What happens after you slaughter 2 huge pigs and...
grind the meat (1 of 5 similar boxes)
get ready to work...
what's better than having my little daughter's help...blending all the ingredients (meat, bacon, spices) together....
there goes the sausage.....
ready to get tied....
tying and tying....
ending up in....250 lbs of sausage and 250 lbs of salami.....(this is just a part of it)...
