Thanks, I just read his response.
I still find it discouraging that the "fashion" to some extent dictates the exterior of the dogo. IMO far too many dogos could pass as bulldogs!
But yes, I also find it a step forward that dogos need an aptitude test before permission to breed, hopefully judges of the exterior also must know the looks of the dogo prior to judging!
