Hi Mike,
I know a guy from Oyster Bay that now lives in Spruce Pine which is about 30 miles northeast of Asheville. Years ago I went to the Biltmore House. Just before I bought on the lake I looked at lake property where N.C. and Georgia meet. I'm very happy here now after 15 years.
