The only fault wirh the jitterbug is that I cannot get my wife to use it enough.I personally have been using tracfone for a couple of years and it has been fine. However I am not a great user of these phones. But I would recommend tracfone as long as you don't want texting and that sort of feature.Hope this helps you make a decision.
