I think my BFF's younger brothers attended the summer program at PS89 in Elmhurst. I lived one short block form PS89, and could hear the noise from the schoolyard. She and I, however, got shipped off the CYO day camp in Whitestone - complete with bug juice, making lariats and lanyards, and riding a school bus for the first and only time in our lives. We both HATED that summer.LOL
