Dennis and I were both on Rootie Kazootie and the Big Brother Bob Emory Show. With Rootie Kazootie we sat in a penned area with all the other kids. On the Bob Emory Show, WABD, we were personally interviewed. Lotsa goodies from the BE show and we were treated very nicely. The BE show featured other characters such as Penny the Penguin, Andy the Panda and Honey the Bunny. He called the kids his "Small Fry Club" and opened the show playing a ukelele while singing "Oh the grass is always greener in the other fellow's yard". It was a wonderful experience for us. Gentler days!
