Hi Leon~~ The house isn't mine. It belongs to the lady I married in 2006. I don't own a house. Retired early? I retired after 20 yrs from the city in 1986 but still had a family of 6 to support. I had to continue to work until 2005. when I had to retire due to heart problems. I don't recall anything about Launch 5 or any thing about any boats. I didn't belong to any organization involving boats. I get seasick on boats. 
You may have me confused with someone else.
