If it would have happened in the eliinations he would have lost .05 and the class wouldn't look that good. If every class would be at mine shaft conditions on a regular bases then yes it would get leveled out. Lets say Bill Kent was there last week in those conditions, and I have talked to Bill and he has told me that his stuff is 4 to 5 years out dated, and he would have been able to run .65 under to hit the index. Joey would have lost.05 by watching. I was lucky that my class wasn't there. So now Joey would have to give me .05 more. Is that going to level the field or is it going to have racers changing classes? Joey don't have too many options. I would like to see a pole on this subject and if the majority wants to leave it the way it is then so be it.

It will equal out given enough years. I don't think that the few classes that run in mine shaft conditions should have to sufer for the next 3 to 4 years. The classes are getting hit by one person that can't run any where near the numbers if they run in 2000 ft of air. I think the only way we will get the classes all on the same level is to hit the index to .50 under on every run down the track even qualifying runs.
