Shane, You have made a very good point!! I believe that NHRA should include the racers in determining the indexes for new classes that are created. It surely would created less anomosity among the racers and phone calls and emails to NHRA. There are a lot of racers that have experience in other types of racing that can help to make the indexes more accurate from the get go. Part of the reason NHRA probably would not want to do this is because there are people that can not look at this topic logically. I believe that Comp should not stop where it is at since Comp is a technology class and technology continuously moves forward. For the belief of new classes not being wanted, I do see the point of others that there are to many already. Many could be combined such as ALL the automatic classes/ stick classes. NHRA would just need to determine a FAIR weight break. Pam
