I do know that a couple of years ago Mike Lewis in Stock Eliminator was DQ'd for illegal cylinder head work and was suspended for 6 months but was NOT required to count his ZERO. This kept him in 10th place that year in the Nat'l points. One of the Lang boys was 11th that year and I'm sure were wondering why he wasn't made to keep the zero. Word at that time was that it was the division director that made the final decision.
