as in the sportmen pits in Maple Grove, the year was 1969, the place was upstate NY, and 500,000 of us enjoyed a some great music. And just for the record, my buddy and I did were two of the three people who did not get high that weekend-there had to be someone else-and we left just as Crosby, Still, Nash, and Young started playing late Sunday night because we had to get back to Boston for classes on Monday-once a nerd, always a nerd.
