Splain this please !
The PVT's states > The utility will not force property owners to connect to the new water system, according to Burris.
However, the Department of Water Resources could do just that as regulations state homes within 180 feet of a public water system must hook up to it.
Then I go to Utilites Inc web site and it states > Utilities, Inc. serves primarily residential customers across 15 states. Through extraordinary leadership and operational strength, Utilities, Inc. has become one of the largest privately owned water and wastewater utilities in the country.
Ok..............so is it a public or private utility (company) ?
