Olblue - if you are going to post something, at least take the time to find out and post the truth.
I spoke to the bailiff who is assigned to collect urine samples and he said he does not get double time and very rarely gets any overtime, (he ajusts his work schedule as needed) nor does he "pull the mens penis's out and hold them for drug court" to collect a sample.
He does visually watch the extraction from the penis to a urine cup which he takes immediate control of for chain of evidence purposes.
